Base Rate: $60
Includes 1/hr of load/unload labor and 20 miles of transit (from pickup location).*
Mileage: $1.40/mile after initial 20 miles included in Base Rate up to 100 miles. For trips greater than 100 miles, please refer to Long Haul rates below.
Weight modifiers: 0-1000#s is included in the Base Rate, for loads weighing 1001-2100#s, a $35 fee will be added and for loads greater than 2101-3400#s (max) is $70. This is a one time fee.
Labor Rates: First hour of load/unload time is included in Base Rate. Additional load/unload is charged at $40/hr in 15min blocks. Wait time at pickup/dropoff locations are counted.
Helper Rates: If the work requires a helper there is a $35/hr (1 hr min) rate (NOT included in Base Rate). Additional time after first hour is charged in 15min blocks.
Labor rates are only occurred during loading/unloading (not during transit).
Labor only jobs will incur a $40 fee for use of extra/special equipment (ie. ramps, dollys etc.)
Stairs DO incur the following modifiers: $15/flight or level for light items/boxes, $25/flight or level for heavy items/furniture/appliances (NOT included in Base Rate). 5 steps constitutes as a 'flight/level'. This is a one time fee and is assessed for both pickup and dropoff locations. This fee IS waved if a functioning elevator is provided/accessible.
Disassemble/Reassemble Rate: $25/item. This is a one time fee, but is per piece (ie. Disassemble/Reassemble 1 bed = $25, Disassemble/Reassemble 2 beds and a bookshelf = $75).
Appliance Disposal/Haul-away: $35/appliance (refrigerators/washer/dryer/dishwashers). One time fee.
SERVICES NOT PROVIDED: We will NOT make any modifications to a property or furniture/appliance to egress/ingress a dwelling. You MUST make arrangements via 3rd party or yourself if the egress/ingress is to small for what needs to transit through it. This includes removing doors from a dwellings or appliances. We do NOT perform packing/unpacking services, if assisting with a move, all items must be packed and ready for load/unload.
Long Haul Rates: these rates compensate for extra ware/tear on the vehicle as well as extra operating hours to the driver/helper.
